As a graduate of Maastricht University with a Bachelor’s degree in European Public Health and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Policy, Innovation and Management, I have developed a solid academic foundation in public health, health systems innovation, quality improvement, and strategic planning. My professional experience spans research, healthcare consulting, and policy-oriented work, all of which I currently translate into my contributions to EU-funded projects at EHMA. Through these roles, I have strengthened key skills including project management, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, data interpretation, and strategic communication. I have also honed strong interpersonal and soft skills, such as leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and clear communication, which enable me to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and international environments. At EHMA, my work covers a diverse portfolio: contributing to policy-related deliverables within EU-funded projects, conducting stakeholder mapping and engagement, and developing policy recommendations, policy roadmaps and initiatives. I develop and deliver webinars and podcasts, engage with policy networks, write proposals, represent EHMA at events, and led the programme management for the CARE Summit. This combination of policy work, content creation, stakeholder coordination, and programme leadership reflects my strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills, as well as my commitment to advancing healthcare management for a better future for both the workforce and patients.
