Passionate traveller, I've been working as a travel agent for twenty years, developing both technical expertise in selling travel packages and ticketing and in organizing individual trips, and soft skills such as active listening, teamwork, negotiation, conflict resolution, empathy, collaboration. My goal has always been to spark and nurture a passion for travel when talking to my guests, sharing my personal experience and customizing their itineraries based on their specific needs, without ever losing sight of my professional role, always trying to do my job with reliability and precision. In the previous years I also had a chance to work as a tour leader for a few multi - day group trips abroad or one-day trips, during which I put my communication and language skills into practice and took the responsibility of assisting several guests of all ages, each with different needs. As time goes by and technology literally revolutionizes our way of working and thinking, my passion for travelling - as a tool fr interacting with people from all over the world, languages, cultures, remains unchanged. If I could choose, I'd like to stay in the tourism industry, but I'd prefer to leave sales aside and focus more on communicating with tourists from abroad and promoting the region through information points or tourism boards.
