Emmanuel began his career in ICT and media companies and was member of management Teams by Rossel Group, Elsevier and Orange. And now, as Director of Research & Innovation at EcoRes He supports companies (Walibi, CESI, Legrand EUROPE, SPIE, Comensia) for definition and implementation of Green Transition roadmaps. Since 2008, he developed Regenerative, Social & circular economy projects: > Co-author of the parliamentary report on the circular economy in the Walloon Region: 55 measures anchored in a resolution, voted unanimously and then in the Circular Wallonia Strategy. He wrote 3 books: “Shifting Economy” and “Business Law in Evolution: the economy of the future, the future of the Economy” and Contribution on the extraction of mineral resources" > Visiting professor at universities: UCLouvain, UNamur, University of Lyon, University of the Littoral; High-Schools: EPHEC, HELHA, ECAM. > Invited as expert in committees: International: Joint Committee of the National Assembly of Quebec and the Parliament of Wallonia, The Interregional Parliamentary Council, FRANCE Strategy - strategic department of the Prime Minister, the BeNeLux Union, UNRIC (UN). Member of the experts' group for the Greening the Federal fiscal system reform, member of the King Baudouin Foundation Working Group "The future of poverty" and He is member of the FEB-VBO Business Circular Awards jury. > COVID: Mid-March 2020, he launched & coordinated the local co-production of 240400 reusable masks in less than 6 wks with a crew of 130 people & partners, and 2100 volunteers. During the summer 2020, He coordinated with a team of interuniversity researchers (ULB-VUB-UCLouvain-UGent-ULiège) the study "Covid-19 & the policy to revive towards a sustainable economy" commissioned by the IFDD-FIDO. During the Fall 2020, he coordinated of the Taskforce Environment (110 experts) of GetUpWallonia Rebound strategy. > Member of advisory boards of Circular Economy pioneers: Yuman, Petits Riens, Simandu, Comensia. He was initiator & co-writer of a new law for medical transport in Wallonia, and a reglementation to ensure affordable access to water for the poorest.
