As Head of Digital Marketing, I am responsible for the global strategic and operational development of WIKA Group’s digital marketing activities. My focus is on managing and optimizing all digital platforms—from websites and landing pages to blogs and online shops, with the goal of ensuring an excellent customer experience and a consistent digital brand presence. I develop and implement innovative marketing strategies along the entire digital customer journey, leveraging data-driven optimization and relevant KPIs. A key priority is introducing and integrating AI tools and applications to improve user experience and increase team efficiency. Further responsibilities include the ongoing development and management of the marketing automation platform, including corporate newsletters, lead management, and support for global and local campaigns, as well as leading worldwide SEO/SEA activities and social media management, and coordinating external agencies and service providers. I advise and support international subsidiaries and field marketing on all digital topics and promote agile methods and continuous improvement processes. Close collaboration with IT ensures a stable technical infrastructure and the integration of new digital solutions. Additionally, I am responsible for the digital marketing budget and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements, particularly in data protection and compliance. As a leader, I manage and develop a team of twelve experts as well as several interns and working students. In my role as Global Manager Social Media and Campaigns, I was responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the WIKA Group’s social media channels to increase customer satisfaction and generate high-quality leads. I developed and implemented social media strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube, planned and published targeted content, and optimized formats for reach, engagement, and SEO. A key focus was on international LinkedIn campaigns and advising and training stakeholders and executives on holistic LinkedIn activities—from organic and sponsored content to personal branding. I also managed LinkedIn Sales Navigator, developed a social selling strategy, and worked closely with the HR Social Media team. As part of the EMEA Virtual Campaign Team, I supported marketing leadership strategically, coordinated international campaigns, and promoted alignment between sales and marketing. I was involved in selecting and managing external service providers, developing SharePoint applications for process optimization, and creating management reports. Leading and developing interns and monitoring relevant KPIs rounded out my role. Additionally, I contributed to the implementation of Microsoft D365 CE Sales & Marketing, focusing on the marketing module and creating user stories for marketing automation use cases such as contact forms, email newsletters, and lead processes.

I coordinated content migration in FirstSpirit, led international project teams, and managed external service providers. In addition, I was responsible for the operational and strategic management of LinkedIn and YouTube, planning and executing targeted advertising campaigns, and developing training concepts for internal stakeholders. Defining and monitoring relevant KPIs, advising executives on social media strategies, and supporting lead generation and the Customer Experience Project with Microsoft Dynamics 365 rounded out my role.
