Debido a la disminución de la demanda de topógrafos en los sectores de la construcción y obra civil mi proyecto fin de carrera se basó en los Sistemas de Información Geográfica y las Infraestructuras de Datos Espaciales.

Land Surveyor Hinckley Point C (Nuclear Island) -Local and site wide control networks using Leica total stations and Microsurvey StartNet. -Survey, setting-outs and production of reports from collected data at pre-pour and post-pour stage ensuring tolerances are met. -Creation of excel and CAD templates in order to improve productivity of survey team. -Preparation of setting-out information from design data. -Monitoring of elements being poured. -Understanding and application of documentation provided by client and sub-contractors. -Implementation of new survey and setting-outs techniques for up-coming precast elements. -Liaising with engineers, project managers and third parties on daily basis. -Support and training to new surveyors and assistants on survey and processing methodologies.
- British Telecom Openreach NGA project, based on the fibre network planning function. - Analyse and compile data of the fiber optic network by using GIS software and imported into the system. - Produce map layouts, reports, estimates and supporting documentation. -Evaluate, organize and prioritize work within the overall project schedule.
