Owned a project from start to finish that involved the creation of a pilot business mechanism that helped reduce the amount of times we missed a customer promise through the logistics network, projected to save 2 million dollars in benefit and cost savings next year. Managed and aligned on input metrics with stakeholders across different parts of the business to effectively consolidate and deploy different processes to improve our performance. Collaborated in the second iteration of the ideation and prototyping phases of Botosoft Parcel Monitoring System, a device that protects the contents of parcel from being opened with an electronic lock. Successfully delivered an updated second version of the device with a new PCB design based on trial learnings and customer feedback. Drove the initiative from scratch for the design and the project requirements list for the first prototype of Botosoft Education Surveillance System, a network device that allows surveillance and real-time feedback of practical examinations in harsh industrial conditions of multiple students remotely in real time.
Siemens conducted training and practice on their interface, we worked with the Digital Twin we have at Middlesex University, while using Internet of Things (IoT) within MindSphere. Gained an understanding into what industry 4.0 is and how the CP lab demonstrates this Gained experience in using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation which is a Discrete Event Simulation modelling software Explored MindSphere, an Industrial Internet of Things and created a virtual representation of the CP Lab Used Factory Twin to specify what data we would like to collect and pushed this back to our PlantSim Model Created a Closed Loop Digital Twin of the CP lab
Representing Middlesex University when approaching visits to the university during open days and events that were prepared in advanced with decorations, setting information points, and seating arrangements. Performed school visits to encourage engineering learning to college students in classes of 20 doing workshops about personal statements. Was in charge of campus tours with prospective students and their families being the point of contact of the university showcasing the potential of facilities and knowledge of different sectors.
Worked in a busy fast-paced environment, where it was necessary to work as a team with manager setting goals and strategies, multitasking in an organised way to attend customers as efficiently as possible, serving 250 customers in around 3 hours on till.
