I have had the opportunity to delivered multiple end-to-end analytics projects – often working managing high priority projects simultaneously. Here I’ve worked with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge analytics tools used within the wider Chief Customer Office including: • Leading the development fully automated insights dashboards, designing and building fully automated ETL processes • Established the creation Machine Learning team and led the delivery of several key capabilities from ideation through to delivery, implementation and value measurement • Leading the development data automation workflows used to refresh various datasets used for reporting on various KPIs used to monitor the performance and quality of our marketing content • Delivered the implementation of various complex SQL optimization processes used to monitor, diagnose and optimize the performance of various marketing KPIs used within the Analytics and Interactions team • Trained Junior Machine Learning Engineers joining the team; mostly on the development of tools that are robust, easy to maintain and integrate with existing infrastructure • Set up the Machine Learning infrastructure used to implement the more complex ML processes used within the team • Led the Data & Decisioning team in the development, testing and integration of a Contact Frequency ML strategy (written in Python, implemented and integrated to a production system). Improved overall CTR of the app and website marketing by 6% vs original CTR Whilst in this position, I have had to gain buy-in and manage relations with Senior and Executive level stakeholders within and outside LBG. This has been critical to deliver analytics projects for the optimization and analysis of LBG’s extensive Marketing portfolio.

Demonstrator for a variety of engineering courses including Dynamics, Vibrations, Control Engineering and Fluid Mechanics. As part of my work I have to teach and guide students through the set up and analysis of computational models for analysis in Abaqus, MATLAB and LabView, as well as conducting a variety of engineering labs.
I was selected by The University of Glasgow to conduct a research project with Mott MacDonald. The project entailed creating a complex computational model of an adsorption desalination plant for nuclear power, and conducting a feasibility analysis of a large-scale project through extensive performance and cost analysis For this project, I conducted preliminary cost estimation of the project based on different publications on the costings of components and projects on desalination. Here I learned how to estimate the costs involved in engineering projects that uses both industry standard and novel technologies, as well as which costs must be considered for such types of projects
Worked in various positions to gain a deeper understanding of how different departments worked together. Having access to state-of-the-art equipment, I learned to test and analyse physical products, from testing the strength of the casings of the thermostats to measuring the changes in the shape of components after loading . As part of my initial training, I received training in manufacturing processes including plastic moulding technology, assembly process and human-robot interaction.
