I design clear, typographic visual narratives for research, education, and cross-cultural projects. I translate complexity into narratives people can understand and remember, across formats and channels: infographics, carousels, document layout, social media, and long-form writing. I work across languages and cultures (English, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, French, plus basic Chinese) to keep meaning and voice consistent. I also deliver hands-on training, helping teams build practical skills and bridge perspectives creatively and effectively.

My job is providing excellence of service with regards to all didactic aspects of the school: centre organization, teacher training, customer care and support
I am responsible for running the didactical operational aspects of the Centre: organising and supervising teachers, delivering results based on KPI requirements, managing ISO 9001 Quality Control standards, teaching lessons, offering in-house training and workshops for teachers. Additional duties include Administration and front-office.
