Working as Team Leader at Operation & Maintenance in Link Dot Net (Mobilink) (2008 – 2017) • In the capacity of Team Leader, I am working with the Development, Installation, and Support teams. During my job, I am responsible for: • Planning and assistance to execute Provisional /Preliminary /Final /Walk- Through /Acceptance Testing of the ready Links • Responsible for performing fiber optics assembly operations and installing single and multi-mode fiber cable and troubleshooting. Tested fiber with different and advanced tools, trained new technicians in the testing of equipment. Attended meetings and suggested effective plans for resolving problems. • Responsible for Optical fiber cable splice, testing and termination. This include both type of splicing technique (Fusion, Mechanical) Familiar with OTDR equipment to perform the proper cable testing using EXFO, JDSU OTDR tester and Power meter. • Diagnosed the various technical problems in the cables and resolved it.
