Curiosity, problem-solving, and resilience have guided me from engineering in IIT to finance at HEC Paris. Tried on a few hats: Market Risk Analyst at Goldman Sachs, Impact Venture Capital at Swen, Private Equity at a family office, and Bioinformatics researcher in labs across US and UK. I am an aspiring polymath who, in the same year (2020, pre‑ChatGPT!), wrote bioinformatics algorithms, neurodegenerative disease gene‑analysis code, protein assay workflows, financial valuation models, and a customisable AI robo‑advisor while finishing two degrees with no formal training in finance or coding. Other than spreadsheets and code, I run online mentorship programs to help women in rural India learn about financial independence, which I am now expanding through the Christian Dior x UNESCO initiative. It keeps me grounded, reminds me why all this knowledge matters, and gives me an excuse to talk about money for a good cause. Outside of work, I also collect stories like fridge magnets, very much a hoarder myself my Notion is packed with travel itineraries, food finds, and museum notes from around the world. As a former professional Indian classical dancer trained in Kathak, I am equally happy discussing risk premia or my favourite taal, and I rarely say no to trying something new, whether it’s brainstorming wild ideas or saying yes to an impromptu Brahms concert in Paris. I am open to independent consulting mandates or full‑time roles in buy-side. With experience in startups and in VC/PE, I am especially excited by impact‑driven investments, and innovative market strategies anywhere AI, Biotech, and Energy markets can collide in interesting ways.
