I grew up learning how to solve problems before I knew what to call them. That mindset came from my grandparents born during conflict and it stuck: be resourceful, adapt quickly, and find a way forward. Today, I work at Arup across energy, data, and product management, turning complex systems into things that actually work and deliver value. Recent work includes: 1. Scaling a platform 2x, driving 7-figure impact 2. Automating analysis from days to minutes 3. Leading data and commercial oversight across large infrastructure programmes I am at my best on ambitious problems. If I believe in the why, I go all in - bringing the passion, grit, adaptability, technical and management skills to see it through. Outside of work: I speak 6 languages, code in 4 (but mostly Python now), ran a couple of half marathons, and a tendency to say yes to things I’ve never done before.
Mansi was Data Management Lead and Product Owner for the Resource Tracker, scaling the platform from 550 to 1100 entries and driving a 7 figure in profit over one quarter. This was improved through her automated consultant regrading and management to maximise commercial efficiency. She managed 42 subconsultants across 2 companies and four packages, supported purchase order oversight, and oversaw Arup time across 13 live projects, handling transfers, job setup, financial tracking, and AFP preparation to ensure smooth operations at scale.
Mansi delivered analytical and product-focused work across energy, transport, and infrastructure projects. She built technology databases and digital platforms, analysed complex datasets, and supported policy, investment, and operational decision-making. Her work included alternative fuel technology assessment, development of a graph-based market platform, transport data analysis to identify congestion patterns, and interactive dashboard creation. She also conducted technical and financial due diligence on infrastructure projects and reviewed regulatory and policy frameworks across multiple regions.
Developed a spatial tool to assess hydrogen infrastructure deliverability, transforming the workflow from a manual process to a fully automated pipeline. Run time was reduced from a full day (excluding QA) to as little as three minutes, with built-in unit checks across each module to ensure robustness. Built dashboards in Excel and Python, authored technical reports, and supported strategic decision-making for the clean energy transition. Modeled hydrogen adoption scenarios from first principles to evaluate system-wide impacts at varying penetration levels.
