Coordinated the Supplementary Information Tables and the Operating Context and Key Risks components of the Department Plan and Departmental Results Report as well as assisted in the production of the documents for formats such as HTML and PDF as per TBS requirements. Developed templates, call letters and briefing materials to engage branches and contributors to the Departmental Plan and Departmental Results Report. With a team, helped plan and execute two successful projects which included sending email correspondence to secure facilitators, creating promotions digital content to promote the events on social media in order attract participants and hosting the Zoom webinars while managing any potential technical issues Drafted a letter to send out to all Sikh Temples in British Columbia outlining the current priorities in the community in efforts to organize a collective understanding of national Sikh priorities Corresponded with almost 40 internal stakeholders through phone calls to inform a strategic rebranding. Co-leading a cohesive team consisting of 31 executive members to further the goals and vision of the Sikh Students' Association. Providing a safe and non-judgmental space to amalgamate ideas of the executive team, while also supporting their personal growth through discussion of their goals in one on one meetings. Coordinating over 15 events including an annual community variety show that draws an audience of 1200 people, requiring the ability to maintain an organized calendar with specific deadlines and tasks and delegating activities to the appropriate executive members.
Managing the budget for a large-scale community event, resulting in 1200 ticket sales and $30,000 raised for charity in India that promotes development. Coordinating with the sponsorship committee to find funding and prizes for the event, resulting in over $6000 raised through raffle tickets.

Drafting various materials such as memoranda, correspondence, question period notes, briefing notes, as well as speaking notes, and presentations for the review of more senior policy analysts. Coordinating regional input and responses to national requests, as well as requests under the Access To Information (ATI) act. Identifying, reviewing and analyzing materials involving quantitative and/or qualitative analysis relevant to health-related policy issues and identify and propose data/information requirements to more senior policy analysts. Attending departmental meetings related to topics and issues such as opioid response, Jordan's Principle and Aboriginal Peoples Employment Program (APEP) to assist in the discussion of files/issues, coordination of responses, the preparation of presentations, as well as interpretation and discussion of trends.
Along with a team from Fort Langley NHS, I planned and implemented all assigned summer camps, programs and activities during the summer. All the while, I ensured that activity objectives were consistent with organizational goals and mission. Duties include coordinating a comprehensive schedule of day-to-day camp activities, evaluating all programs and make recommendations for future programming and helping out on site as required when day camp duties permit.
