Handling team of 15-20 Store Delivery Executives. Providing Training to delivery executives regarding the delivery and return pickup processes. Capable to resolve customer disputes in patient manner. Provide training to Store DE regarding Delivery, CSAT, CPD, GROOMING & Live Updating process. Handling QC process for return products. Handling INBOUND & OUTBOUND process and maintain records on daily bases. Handling daily cash collection and deposition to bank with accuracy. Ability to maintain daily stock verification and audit at EOD. Maintaining CASH & POS register on daily bases for audit process.
