Perform the assembly of the medical devices in a clean manufacturing space (CMS) and general manufacturing area following the work instructions. Perform chemical solution mixing and filling used in a clean room Perform tests on the products, record the results, and report non-conforming products. Investigate issues encountered in the manufacturing of medical devices and solution filling process Package the products. Embrace and Maintain 5S-Housekeeping Initiatives. Perform QC inspections for incoming materials Perform routine in-process and end-of-line QC inspections
Providing Technical Support of Hardware upgrades to medical devices. Duties will include medical equipment cleaning / decontamination Preform Inspection, Upgrade or Preventative Maintenance. Conduct testing and Record keeping as appropriate. Perform final Testing and Verification. Maintained a clean and organized work area in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. Repaired defective parts or assemblies when needed using appropriate methods such as soldering
Assemble and inspect medical devices according to the approved manufacturing protocols. They will be responsible for following written protocols, operating testing equipment, using measuring tools and assemble parts on the production line. They will be using such tools as rulers, calipers and magnifying glasses (must have good vision). They must possess good hand eye coordination as they are dealing with very small parts. Environment is very fast paced. Toughest part for candidates is keeping up with the pace and working with the microscopes and magnifying glasses.
