I’m often brought in when things are moving fast — hiring is intense, roles are blurring, and decisions need steadiness more than speed. At Kushal’s Fashion Jewelry, I currently lead a center-of-excellence mandate across talent and learning. The focus has been on restoring hiring quality, building frontline and leadership capability, and putting structure around how people are developed, progressed, and held accountable — so growth doesn’t come at the cost of culture. My approach blends people strategy, organizational design, and behavioral insight, supported by work in organisation development, executive coaching, neuroscience-informed leadership, and NLP. I work on how people decisions are made — and what they signal to the organisation over time.
