I ran the commercial and modelling division of the agency, managing talents aged 0 to 40, handling the full cycle for each talent from submission for jobs to finalisation of contracts and invoicing. I also marketed talents to casting directors, production companies and advertising agencies, securing roles in various projects from commercials for high-end brands to West End plays.
I assisted the three agents across all divisons: TV and Film, commercial and modelling. I liased with talent and legal guardians, and casting directors to ensure a smooth casting process. I secured work permit for our talent under 16, liaising with local council.
I worked on European feature films such as How to fake a war (2019), dir. Rudolph Herzog, Tom of Finland (2017), Return to Montauk (2017), Jumpman (2018). Organised transportation and accommodation of cast and crew during shooting and postproduction across Tbilisi, Dublin and London. Secured grants and funding of up to €250k, and submitted films to festivals. Created and managed budgets of international co-productions (averaging between 2 and 3 million euros).
