In my role, I spearheaded strategic initiatives for talent acquisition at Atlassian, focusing on interview and assessment, early career recruitment and global talent market expansion. I led a diverse team to implement innovative interview methodologies and establish quality of hire standards, ensuring a robust hiring process aligned with company goals.
