More than 15 years of experience in Mandatory & Voluntary corporate action. Currently under GWM leading and handling complex project and team (team size 15 plus). The core process involves in Corporate Actions notifications Swift Msg - MT564, 568,566,Event creation,Instructions capturing,payment processing with various custodians and wealth management. Position Brief & Process Summary:- • As a part of global corporate action team handling mandatory and voluntary corporate action events. • Announcing new corporate action event and informing to booking centre/ global subscribers about the new events with key terms of the event. • Monitoring dividend events announced in global markets. • Custodian event reporting, Drip Pay sheet, Drip Discount, Drip Election etc. • Liaising with Portfolio managers and custodian directly. • Preparing free format Swifts MT599 instruction and sending the same to the PMG as per their requirement. • Investigate and correct discrepancies related to accrual processing. • Liaising with various custodians, Trading Desk & Clients directly. • Supporting other teams involved in Dividend processing • Reconciling stock movements for stock lending transactions, market trades (PMS movement). • Manage the deadlines by monitoring uninstructed balances. Instruct the sub-custodian, third-party custodian or lending broker and follow-up on the instructions with different parties (DRIP Election review). • Executing all the Instructions received by the portfolio managers. • Analyzing swift messages MT564, MT568, and MT566. • This position is also responsible for communicating with custodians& end clients to ensure proper adherence to the mandatory and voluntary corporate action events and for achieving the processing standards set in the Service Level Agreement with the customer.
