I'm a highly motivated and team-oriented Recruiter providing recruitment and coordination support to the People and Culture Team. I have grown my skills in full-cycle recruitment including pre-screening, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, going through selection process, and onboarding employees. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Commerce and did post baccalaureate program in Human Resources Management. While doing HRMT program, I enhanced my knowledge on various HR issues related to Recruitment & Selection, Employment Law, Compensating Employees, Human Relations, Developing Organization and Employees, and various Occupational Health & Safety policies.
