I’ve always been curious about how something as simple as food can influence health, recovery, and overall well-being. With a postgraduate degree in Food Science and Technology and a background in medical sciences, I’ve developed a strong foundation in nutrition, diet planning, and understanding how the body responds to what we eat. Alongside my academics, I’ve also worked on research, which has helped me think more analytically and apply nutrition concepts beyond just theory. I am particularly interested in clinical dietetics, where nutrition becomes a direct part of patient care. The idea of using food as a tool to support recovery, manage conditions, and improve quality of life is what drives me towards this field. I like to approach diet planning in a way that is both scientifically sound and practical enough to follow in real life. Currently, I am looking for an opportunity in a clinical or hospital setting where I can learn, contribute, and grow as a dietetics professional.
