My focus is executive-level strategy, EBC programs, and customer advisory engagements that position ServiceNow's agentic AI platform in the context of real-world healthcare operational challenges. Before ServiceNow, as Senior Vice President and CIO at Community Health Systems, I led EHR implementation across more than 200 hospitals in 18 months, directed IT due diligence on a $6 billion healthcare acquisition, and managed the IT separation of 38 divested hospitals into a new publicly traded company. Earlier leadership roles at Aurora Health Care and Information Resources Inc. produced more than $25 million in measurable value through infrastructure optimization, vendor renegotiation, and EPIC site readiness at scale. Recognized as a Computerworld Top 100 IT Leader, Nashville Health Care Council Fellow, and AEHiT Innovative Project of the Year recipient. I also serve as a public company director at Gibraltar Industries (NASDAQ: ROCK) and Quanex Building Products (NYSE: NX), holding seats on Audit and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees at both. • Drive AI platform strategy and enterprise transformation narratives for ServiceNow’s Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical, engaging C-suite executives across major health systems and pharmaceutical companies. • Serve as a strategic bridge between ServiceNow’s product capabilities and customer business outcomes, leveraging firsthand CIO experience to accelerate executive-level trust and shorten deal cycles. • Lead executive briefings, EBC programs, and customer advisory engagements, positioning ServiceNow’s agentic AI platform for business reinvention, and strategic acquisitions (Logik.ai, Data.World, Moveworks, Veza, Armis) in the context of real-world healthcare operational challenges. • Function as “customer zero” — piloting ServiceNow platform capabilities internally and translating those experiences into credible, outcome-based stories for enterprise customers navigating digital transformation.
