Proactive Support and Problem-Solving: Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, addressing any challenges and facilitating solutions to ensure a smooth and productive customer experience. As past experiences worked in Adobe as Associate TAM to build, develop, and maintain one-on-one relationships with our top-tier AEM, Workfront, Dynamic Media and Campaign customers. Set technical expectations for product behaviour and processes for Spanish speaking customer base A graduate in Electronics and Communication engineering and completed B1 level for Spanish Language. Hold strong communication skill and keen interest in different technologies.
