Quality engineer (Diplom Ingenieur / graduated engineer / mechanical engineering) with experience in elaboration and review of Quality Management System documentation, Inspection Plans (ITP) and Nonconformity management as well as in planning of production/assembly processes in automotive industry and piping installation at power plant construction site.
Quality assurance / quality control for manufacturing and installation of mechanical components for Hanhikivi 1 nuclear power plant new built project. Elaboration and review of quality management system documentation for: • Quality control (procedures, instructions, report templates, checklists); • Deviation / nonconformity management; • Documentation management. • Quality assurance engineer at Olkiluoto nuclear power plant construction site, construction of high-pressure pipes; • Administration and improvement of quality related processes: nonconformity reports, item rejection reports, observation notices; • Investigation, analysis and evaluation of nonconformities, clarification with experts for piping, NDT, welding etc., incl. root cause analysis; • Planning and control of correction / corrective action / preventive action; • Updating product data with product management tools (PLM/PDM); • Negotiation and official communication with customer and subcontractor; • Elaboration of work specifications; • Review, correction and approval of work execution documents, selection of welding specifications; • Supervision of two co-workers; • Training of employees.
