Responsibilities: Management and further development of the engineering division with design and calculation of process equipment and plants, Design specifications, material selection and dimensioning of the equipment according to relevant international standards such as ASME, AD-2000, EN13445
Responsibility: All technical issues at production sites Aarbergen and Ahnsen covering the following departments : project management, mechanical- and electrical engineering, works preparation, machining, welding, assembly, commissioning, logistics, field service as well as HSEQ with about 150 employees in total. Relocation of entired production from a subsidiary and successful integration into our headquarter production. Subsequent restructuring of the technical division and optimisation of working processes, acc. lean principles, preparing the M&A Process
Responsibility: Profit and loss responsibility of the division special purpose machines, annual turnover approx. 15 – 20 m€, single special purpose welding machines, robot systems with or without automatic tooling, fully automated production lines, automated TIG/MAW/Laser or Laser-Hybrid welding, sales, project management, mechanical- and electrical engineering, production, commissioning
