As part of Deloitte's senior hiring team, I manage end-to-end recruitment for senior talent (Senior Manager through to Director level). I partner closely with stakeholders to deliver on hiring plans, ensuring we identify, attract, and secure market-leading talent that drives the firm's growth. My role is to lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle whilst ensuing I deliver a world class hiring experience for both our hiring managers and candidates.
As a Recruiter at Coutts, I managed the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Wealth Management and Private Banking. I collaborated closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that attracted and secured top talent.
