As a Consumer and Trade Activation Associate at JTI, I specialize in category management, with the goal of ensuring that JTI products are optimally represented on shelves. My responsibilities encompass the development, administration, and implementation of on-shelf tools, as well as managing and communicating planograms. Consistently collaborate cross-departmentally and keep all key stakeholders informed on various projects such as new product tools. My role involves a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring our product displays are both visually appealing and strategically aligned with our marketing goals to drive sales on a POP level.
As social media manager, I was responsible for the planning and execution of campaigns to drive traffic to the online wellness platform. I worked closely with different departments, from the film department and executive leadership to plan and deliver engaging content for the online audience. This included creating new ideas to engage the audience directly and produce the filming of any online content. As project assistant at Camping Lodge AG. I worked closely with the directors internally on building a new booking platform and customer journey. Alongside this, I collaborated closely with the sustainability officer to assist in the development and implementation of a sustainability strategy. Throughout the internship I learned how to communicate effectively in a office setting. Having been given the chance to work on the companies guiding principles, I came up with their main slogan and saying that they use today. Not only this but having experienced the start-up environment, I got to experience a certain level of autonomy to where i had to complete my tasks to the best of my ability.
