Sephora acquired Luxola in 2015 to establish its digital presence in South East Asia with a jumpstart. In my first few years I was responsible for: - Building the Product Roadmap and strategising the development of our products, both customer facing and internal - Creating and continuously iterating a data driven approach for incorporating feature requests from all platforms and all teams including CRM, SEO, SEM, Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, Onsite Merchandising and Operations - Ensuring smart analytical product decisions by enforcing a/b testing for hundreds of product enhancements/additions - Conducting brainstorming sessions to gather feedback about our customers needs, business goals, KPIs, ideas and ways to achieve them - Formulating the processes between devs, designers and PMs for optimal project/feature delivery - Ensuring Project Management for all of our features - Stakeholder Management
- Founded an e-commerce site for protein supplements in India, based on intensive market research of demand, supply and prices in comparison to the western markets - Learnt the basics of SEO, SEM, UX and even Graphic Design as a one woman team driving this business - Assessed important e commerce features such as auto replenishment, affiliate marketing, loyalty programs etc. - Identified and worked towards obtaining important licensing and documentation needs in the food industry - Explored dropshipping for minimising initial cost - Managed to get several orders before placing the first stock order, putting the company on the profitable side from order #1
