I turn ambiguous, complex problems into shipped products - increasingly, AI products that reach real users. For 5+ years, I owned the most important customer relationships at an enterprise SaaS company and drove product decisions from the front line: I translated enterprise needs into 32+ shipped roadmap features, wrote the requirements and success criteria that kept delivery on track, and built and led a team that grew our evaluation content 300% while automating large-scale text evaluation with the GPT API. That work drove adoption across 35+ enterprise accounts (roughly 85% of company revenue) with clients like Ernst & Young, S&P Global, Shopee/Sea Group, and Everi Holdings across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Most recently, I've been building AI products 0→1: - CareSense, an AI healthcare triage app shipped to production (caresense-ai.vercel.app) - Operating Intelligence, a voice-first AI operating system I'm building now. (in progress) I work best where product sense, operational rigor, and AI meet. Eager to take on Product or Program Management roles on teams building AI from concept to adoption. And, given my experience there, comfortable working as a Solutions Engineer too. Outside work, I invest actively in the markets, love to travel, play chess, hit the gym (calisthenics), and follow the AI industry closely, and I'm saving up for my dream motorcycle. Let's connect.
• Represented Perplexity AI on campus, conducting tabling events to introduce students to Perplexity and the Comet browser. • Drove student awareness and adoption through hands-on demos and conversations about AI-powered search.
• Cut web-development cost 60% by owning product design and the front-end build in Figma, and wrote the technical requirements that scoped the company's first developer hire. • Removed a major drop-off in the purchase funnel by shipping a 7-flow customer-facing chatbot from concept to launch, turning the user journey into self-serve product flows with engineering and an external vendor. • Owned HubSpot CRM operations across the company and its primary vendor, building the sales and marketing workflows that gave leadership pipeline visibility and aligned go-to-market execution. • Improved email deliverability and closed 3 authentication gaps (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) by auditing domain configuration and driving data-based remediation with leadership and a third-party vendor.
• Analyzed product requirements and prepared actionable insights for stakeholders, directors, and the technical team. • Prepared technical proposals and architecture diagrams demonstrating solution integration into customer environments.
At Cognizant, I completed my training on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java. I did 2 projects as TruYum and Movie Cruiser web interface applications. ● TruYum used HTML, CSS, javascript to develop an online restaurant like a featured web interface. ● Movie Cruiser is an online movie streaming service developed using the above-mentioned languages to give customers the list of movies and allow the capability to add and remove them from their wishlist, and admin with edit capability. I lead a team of five by assisting and helping them in the completion of their individual projects and assessed them.
