Senior Workforce management Analyst •Provide management report on operational issues and impacts, opportunities for improvement and forward plans to drive results and performance •Build up and maintain the IVRS system for HKT Premier Team •Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports to assist management in monitoring centre, team and individual performance •Analysis yearly /monthly Service Target setting and distribution. •Monitor the progress of planned activities and to communicate changes to appropriate parties where necessary. •To identify and recommend process improvement and efficiencies. •Develop and sustain strong collaborative relationships with teams and centre managers ensuring all business plans and goal are met •To support any ad-hoc projects or assignments in accordance with business needs.
