Responsible for creating the New Customer Onboarding and Implementation road map Responsible for training the customer and taking them live on WL platform.
- Identify new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists and individual research. - Identify the right group/users within an organization and engage them in a conversation about our different products. - Develop outreach strategy to drive appointments between prospects and Sales Representatives. - Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel. - Management of prospects data within CRM, recording all communications and information with attached documents.
