As an Export Area Manager, I am following all processes of marketing and sales Balkan Countries, Europe Countires and Africa Countries. In addition to this, I am aware of operational process. To keep the relations alive between buyer and seller, I am visiting customers regularly, joining the international exhibitions as well. At the same time, as a daily work, I am still searching for sectoral contacts to expand the market. • I am analyzing statistics to determine the sales and marketing policy of the company I work with and to make sales forecasts and targets effective. • I work to create a customer portfolio. • In this position I provide the necessary training and equipment to increase sales power. • I am constantly following the internal dynamics of the sector and leading the competitor analysis, traditional and digital market research. • I play an active role in both the export operations and the business development side. • I am actively involved in international fairs, business negotiations, exporters' unions and foreign trips
