Oversee growth and development of the JWS community; revamp program's website; build first edition of newsletter; establish and maintain meaningful connections with alumni; orchestrate and host career treks to NYC and DC; secure donors; manage budget allocation; ensure commitment and motivation of members.
Plan and oversee alumni networking events for JWS students. Contact alumni directly and connect them to current students. Host engaging and useful networking events for JWS students.
Spearhead efforts to create an Italian student community at Penn, comprised of students from all backgrounds interested in Italian culture, tradition, and language. Establish lasting relationships with the Italian Language Department at Penn, the Italian Consulate of Philadelphia, as well as exchange programs like those of Università Bocconi. Orchestrate and host events like Pasta/Pizza Nights, Movie Nights, trips to the Italian Market in South Philly or Gran Caffè L'Aquila in Center City. Our vision is to become the go-to resource hub for Penn students interested in all things Italian.
Tutor and guide Penn students in their math journey. Develop leadership and communication skills. Analyze problems and find appropriate solutions.
