My focus is to merge healthcare and AI into data-driven solutions, providing patients with super-human treatment and diagnostics. I have a broad background in life sciences (BSc), medical school (BSc) and now biomedical engineering (BE & MEng), which I combine to bridge the gap between the doctor, the patient and the engineer. I have strong communication skills in all three areas and I love the inter-disciplinary collaboration that is necessary to create solutions doctors and patients will actually use. I have focused my engineering degree on machine learning, deep learning, advanced mathematics, statistics and probability theory to have the strongest possible foundation to do machine learning research.
Student assistant at Cluster for Molecular Imagining at Panum Institute. Projects include: - Python based GUI for automatic heart segmentation on CT scans - Programmatically automation of MR and CT reconstructions - Maintenance of R scripts for MR tracer uptake in research experiments The research team is very inter-disciplinary, counting medical doctors, veterinaries, biomedical scientists and engineers, requiring communication skills to be highly developed.
Athena Courses provide courses in statistical data analysis, statistical programming in R and machine learning for researchers within any healthcare related field. The vision of Athena Courses is to bridge the gap between medicine and statistically driven research, bringing the quality of clinical research to the highest level possible.
Neural is the student society for Artificial intelligence in Denmark. We act as a forum for students across Denmark with academic interest in the field of AI & neuroscience. We aim to act as a platform for developing knowledge and networking. Neural is based out of The Technical University of Denmark, just north of Copenhagen.
