I’m on a mission to close the gender gap in leadership. Not by changing women, but by changing how leadership is defined, developed, and supported. After years in leadership roles at independent schools, I saw way too many brilliant, capable women second-guess themselves, burn out, or step back before reaching their goals. Not because they weren’t qualified, but because they were navigating systems never built with them in mind. So I created what I couldn’t find: a supportive learning space where women could build skills and confidence. I bring over 20 years of experience across education, sales, marketing, and nonprofit leadership. In every role I’ve held, one thing has stayed constant: I care deeply about people, relationships, and helping others grow into their potential.
Pleasantly Aggressive provides leadership coaching for early and mid-career women leaders working in schools and non-profit organizations through one-on-one coaching, leadership cohorts, and interactive workshops. Pleasantly Aggressive also consults organizations on how to identify emerging women leaders and make a plan to support them by eliminating barriers, reducing biases, and creating more inclusive spaces.
