I am a passionate and detail-oriented professional with extensive nonprofit experience advancing communities' safety, economic security, and access to justice. I have a proven track record delivering high-impact research, program evaluation, and technical assistance in the areas of victimization and and substance use treatment and response, with particular expertise in gender-based violence. I seek to make my work trauma-informed and community-engaged, elevating the voices of those impacted through surveys, interviews, and convenings. My technical assistance further supports service providers, legal system professionals, and policymakers to employ evidence-based practices and meet the needs of their communities. Every position has allowed me to demonstrate strong writing and public speaking, and previous positions have also allowed me to demonstrated skills in policy analysis and training development.
