Prior to the conference, I organized mentoring sessions with Harvard College students to teach and prepare students to attend the conference. I organized the most mentoring students to attend the conference in the history of HMC and planned a clothing program to provide students with business formal clothing. Five students from the mentoring program won awards at the conference, a record high.
