I am a senior at Kansas State University getting a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Science. I am a part of Alpha Xi Delta here on campus and currently work part time for K-State Housing and Dining Services. I am also interning with the K-State Parents and Family Program and working with the Human Sciences Ambassadors for the Spring 2026 Semester!
I work for Kansas State Housing and Dining Services as an associate at Kramer Dining Center. I handle food and serve it to students and I get to work at many different stations and interact with lots of different people!
• Facilitated biweekly ambassador meetings to plan events, coordinate service initiatives, and align on outreach goals • Planned service opportunities and a de-stress event to enhance the well-being of the Kansas State community • Interviewed new ambassador applicants for the ’26-27 academic year • Created social media content promoting events for the college of Health and Human Sciences
• Worked under the Director of Communication and Parent and Family Engagement •Assisted in developing a university-wide webinar series for incoming students and families to ease the transition into college through student support, academic achievement, and financial aid • Coordinated meetings with faculty in Microsoft Teams for the development of the series and articles for the parent portal • Created social media content to promote parent and family engagement initiatives • Assisted in reviewing existing Parents and Family resources and presentations
I would work as a team and make treats for customers! I would also handle and administer money and sell people to things like rewards programs.
