-Conducting research in Dr. Yujia Xu's lab focused on understanding the mechanisms of macromolecular organization and exploring how mutations in collagens contribute to the development of diseases
- As a member of Matriculate’s NAFLT team, I will be responsible for leading AF recruitment and certification across assigned fellowships, managing campus teams and supporting HAFs through strategic planning, leadership development, and nationwide recruitment initiatives. - I also hope to contribute to Matriculate’s growth through program design projects focused on data analysis, curriculum development, and equity-driven improvements in college access.
As an HAF, I serve as the leader and manager of the Advising Fellows (AFs) I recruit for Hunter Fellowship's Class of 2025 cohort. In addition to recruiting for my cohort, I monitor advising, provide training and coaching, and are responsible for building and nurturing their advising community. In addition, I aim to cultivate meaningful and inclusive Fellowships through collaboration and relationship building with 1:1 Matriculate staff support.
As an Advising Fellow for Matriculate, I have been recruited and trained to guide high school juniors and seniors through their college application, enrollment, and transition process over the course of 18 months until they matriculate into college.
