It's also about counting cycles and the reliability of the parts when installed. - Installed base evaluation and follow up -Stock reduction or product substition. -Obsolescence reduction and upgrade. -Repair service to provide savings and parts availability.
Assgined to the Campus Amazon . I lead a team to monitor the maintenance activities over the campus. we're responsible on all multitech aspectst (Hvac, Lighting, Fire detection, Co detection, Electrical distribution, Plumbing and drain system,...). My aim repsonibilities is to plan offices facilities and the preventive maintnenance with the support of subcontractors and be reactive in term of curative maintenance.
Through my experience in project management ,I've faced different challenges that I used to deal with daily and thanks to perseverance , I succeeded in many of them. However, there was one deep lack that I usually feel when I'm in meeting with customer (maintenance) and communicating with site staff during activities. Thus , after a deep thinking , I decide to move to Field department as Field Service Engineer first for few years and looking to become a site Manager to gather the technical background with management skills for a good performance. My Field career will be oriented to GE Heavy duty machines (gas turbines 3J, 52, 51P, 6B,7EA and different kind of centrifugal compressors BCL, MCL...) . The main applications fields are in Oil&Gas industry ( Gas Production plant,Gas Reinjection plant, LNG Plant...)
