We have become a solution provider for an AT&T call center by building a database portal which allowed them to move from Excel spreadsheets to a complete online database solution. We are Application Developers, Database Administrators, and Project Managers in a wide variety of business applications and Interested in client/server and relational database design using various applications. Our newly renewed HUB designation has given us the ability to "front-end" projects and provide insight and project management skills that have proven to be invaluable.     Interactive Network Consultants was awarded the entire project for this start up plumbing company. We started with the cabling for the phones, computers and fax machines as it was a new building. We then installed the server, the computers, printers and the Talkswitch phone system as phase I of the project. Phase II of the project was to bring the entire field operation online by custom building an online database, then connect the field ops to the back-office. The database included and inventory management system, user management screen, dispatcher screen, management reporting and financial reporting.
