• In this role, I communicated and arranged online meetings with prospective students from the Middle East and North Africa region with 4 other ambassadors. This role entailed outstanding organisational skills for data entry for each applicant and keeping up to date with any news relating to the University to be communicated. I was able to take initiative when faced with unexpected questions, drawing from my personal experiences at the university and referring prospective students to the relevant point of contact where needed. This allowed a result of 100% customer satisfaction after all arranged calls.
