• Manage smooth on boarding processes for new hires, including documentation, induction programs, and orientation to hospital policies, ensuring quick assimilation into the organization. • Assist in end-to-end recruitment of clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with department heads, and facilitating timely hiring of medical staff. • Coordinate training schedules for medical and administrative staff, track attendance, maintain training records, and support internal trainers or external facilitators in delivering sessions. • Maintain up-to-date employee data in the HR Management System (HRMS), generate routine reports, and support payroll/leave tracking by ensuring accurate system entries. • Support the HR team in initiating and tracking performance evaluation cycles, gathering appraisal forms, and ensuring documentation is completed within timelines.
