Built a modern client management platform for a law firm, replacing legacy Microsoft Access workflows with a Django, PostgreSQL, Celery, and Redis system handling 50,000+ records. Improved slow data workflows to sub-100ms responses and added CI/CD, automated testing, Docker deployment, and production observability.
Developed an LLM-based financial document parsing pipeline for hedge fund workflows, improving extraction accuracy and helping process 1,000+ documents per week. Evaluated prompting, fine-tuning, and model variants while balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.
Improved internal data visualization and organization tools used by traders, working across React, C#, SQL Server, and in-house frameworks. Also extended the firm’s PTO scheduling system with new features and backend functionality.
Designed a digital fitting workflow using iPhone LiDAR scanning and 3D-printed head models to reduce in-person visits and speed up production. Built an end-to-end process that improved fit consistency and enabled remote customer service during COVID-19.
