Design, implementation and support of network and systems projects. Develop or assist in development of service standards and implement operating procedures. Handle problem escalations and communicate effectively with other Tiers and departments. Conduct Network Performance Monitoring for entire Network Infrastructure through smart tools and methods developing security measures, troubleshooting and pro-active maintenance activities. Perform network administrative functions for WAN connectivity, International Sites and Multi-Homing Internet Gateways. Ensure availability of Network Connectivity for all Data Centre servers and applications to meet our designated service up-time standards. Meet with internal and external client’s system connectivity to other machine as required under project guidelines.
