Designed and supervised the installation, loop testing and commissioning of Ovation DCS marshalling and control panels for four Frame 9 gas turbines that added 480MW to the national grid. Produced Delta-V distributed control system design documents for custody transfer project in a refinery including system architecture, network details, control schematics, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams and panel details using Fieldbus and Modbus multi-drop technologies. Designed and implemented custody transfer flow metering skids for petrochemical refineries and power stations using Turbine,Ultrasonic and Coriolis flowmetering technologies that met the national regulatory standard for fuel measurement. Supervised retrofit project migrating old traditional instruments to smart using HART protocol for 220MW thermal power generation unit that increased power production efficiency by 28% and fuel consumption by 10%. The successful implementation led to immediate extension of the contract to retrofit another unit in the same plant. Administrated the installation and commissioning of four 13 MW mobile electrical Ruston gas turbines power generators.
