With over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am currently the General Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where I oversee the operations, performance, and quality of multiple properties. I have a strong background in rooms division and reservation, having managed these departments at InterContinental Hotels Group for 8 years before becoming the Hotel Manager. I also have a bachelor's degree in Islamic law, which gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the diverse needs and expectations of our guests and partners. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service, enhancing guest satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences. I have developed and implemented various strategies and initiatives to improve revenue, occupancy, and loyalty, as well as to foster a positive and inclusive culture among our staff.
