I kicked off my career at Graphisoft by contributing to a brand-new initiative: establishing a knowledge retention culture and building the company’s first internal knowledge base. Designed, launched, and continuously updated the knowledge base using Confluence Conducted stakeholder and knowledge-holder interviews, collected feedback, and improved content structure and usability Collaborated across teams to promote adoption and ensure long-term value of the knowledge base Gained hands-on experience with Zendesk, including backend projects to optimize the platform Transitioned into a Knowledge Management Trainee role after 6 months, focusing on internal knowledge processes and tools Developed an automated teamwork monitoring system in Excel to improve visibility and efficiency Built and maintained strong relationships across the Customer Success Mission This role gave me a strong foundation in knowledge management, customer support operations, and cross-functional collaboration, while allowing me to contribute to impactful, first-of-its-kind initiatives within the company.
