With over 9 years of experience across customer service, client success, and operations, I've built my career around creating seamless experiences for customers while keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently. My experience spans multinational organizations including IBM and Infoblox, where I've supported global teams, managed enterprise client relationships, coordinated international training operations, and collaborated across functions to improve processes and deliver exceptional service. Alongside my corporate career, I also provide part-time operational support for The Marip0sa Archives, a business specializing in aesthetic vintage receipt-style photobooth experience. Working directly with clients in a fast-paced event environment has further strengthened my adaptability, problem-solving, operational coordination, and customer experience skills. I'm currently pursuing a part-time Bachelor's Degree in Communications (Hons.), Interpersonal Communication, further deepening my understanding of stakeholder engagement, human behaviour, and effective communication. I enjoy working in collaborative environments where I can build meaningful relationships, improve processes, and create positive experiences for both customers and teams. I'm always open to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring opportunities where I can contribute, continue learning, and make a meaningful impact.
