- Pro-bono - Conducted the annual Sexual Health Knowledge, Attitude and Practices (KAP) Survey of Women in the Sex and Entertainment Industry in Singapore, in English and Vietnamese - Led data analysis and report writing for submission to funders
- Oversaw day-to-day management of the clinical laboratory. - Responsible for process and quality improvement of laboratory operations. - Worked together with the Clinical Laboratory Manager and Director in ensuring laboratory’s conformity to relevant accreditation requirements. - Maintained laboratory standard procedures and risk assessments documentation. - Upheld MOH specified roles for a Principal Officer under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA). - Responsible for ensuring that processes required for the Quality Management System (QMS) were established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with ISO 15189. - Responsible to oversee compliance with the requirements of the QMS. - Ensured the promotion of awareness of users’ needs and requirements throughout the laboratory organisation.
- Led a team of 5 Medical Technologists to perform high complexity testing according to established SOPs for molecular diagnostic techniques. - Responsible for maintaining and improving the QMS documents in accordance with the College of American Pathologists checklists. - Participated in internal and external quality assurance programmes. - Conducted training for new staff to competently perform Next-Generation Sequencing and qPCR tests (LiquidHALLMARK® and NPC GOLD™). - Analysed data and reported results accurately following established procedures. - Led technical and clinical verification and validation studies.

- Final Year Project titled “Design & Development of Biomimetic Devices for Paediatric Craniofacial Application”. - Led a research project to investigate the mechanical stability of a novel bioresorbable implant using Solidworks simulation and 3D printing. - Studied regulatory standards for mechanical testing of bioresorbable implants.
- Led a project to design cranial implants for the treatment of craniosynostosis. - Analysed market gaps and identified users’ needs and opportunities for new products. - Liaised with 5 paediatric neurosurgeons from Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia to develop 3 implant prototypes and a product sheet. - Prepared logistics for a Symposium and two cadaveric workshops at Singapore National Eye Centre and Advanced Surgery Training Centre, working closely with Production, Sales, and Management Teams.
