• Led the development of orientation activities in line with the LUMS vision alongside a cross-functional team of the administration, faculty, and orientation peers. • Led a successful orientation for 1400+ newly inducted LUMS students with a team of 20 coordinators, 60 Deputies, and 120 coaches. • Achieved a 97% student satisfaction rate by leading effective student support and fostering an inclusive, diverse and safe environment.
